Store Policy – Outfaze Thank you for choosing Outfaze. Please read our store policies carefully before placing an order. 1. Shipping Policy Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. 2. Cash on Delivery Policy We offer Cash on Delivery in selected areas. Customers must receive and confirm the delivery call. If a customer refuses the parcel at the time of delivery, the delivery charge must still be paid. 3. Return & Exchange Policy Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. 4. Refund Policy Refunds are only applicable if the item is out of stock after payment, the wrong product was delivered, or the product arrived damaged with proof. 5. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
